Editorial Brief
My research is complete on the editorial Brief, I have contacted a number of illustrators and am waiting for a response. I have consolidated my current practice and have detailed my work so that it is clearer and easier to understand . I appreciate that the concept is fairly complex.
I had some concerns as to whether my approach would transfer to an editorial as I feel the work needs to be clear and simplified. I have been experimenting with producing strong images for smaller reproduction. By inverting the image and simplifying the lines, I may be able to get the impact I am looking for.
I am also experimenting with different textured paper and printed paper in making 3d objects in relation to the brief . I hope to post these in the next week.
The inverted images I have posted indicate the visual affect of using this technique.
